How do I restore my cards to a new iPhone/iPod?

Restore cards to a new iPhone/iPod (CardStar v4.x)
Even if you sync the CardStar app to your new Android phone you will have to transfer the cards stored inside the app to your new device via your CardStar account. To restore your cards to your new device please make sure you have set up a CardStar account on your old device (iPhone/iPod, Android or Nokia phone).
 
To restore your cards to your new Android phone:
  1. Open CardStar.
  2. Select the Restore Cards button in the lower right-hand corner.
  3. Select Sync to another account.
  4. You will be prompted to enter your CardStar Account ID and verify with your passcode (the same ID and 4-digit passcode from your old device.)
  5. Once verified, your card library will be restored to your new device. Select OK.

To keep your device in sync at all times:

  1. Re-enter Settings > Backup.
  2. Verify Auto backup is "OFF".
  3. Verify Auto sync is "ON".
To manage your own cards:
  1. Re-enter Settings > Backup.
  2. Verify Auto backup is "ON".
  3. Verify Auto sync is "OFF".
